Senior Catering Sales Manager

Solicit, book, plan and coordinate meetings/functions while maximizing the banquet space to meet/exceed sales goals. Utilize prospecting skills and strong business sense to consistently exceed catering revenue goals. Report all Catering activities to the Director of Sales. Enliven the Westmont Standards within the Department and the hotel. Support all Corporate and hotel initiatives as needed.

Director Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales and Marketing has direct oversight of the sales and marketing operations of the hotel. Responsibilities include sales, marketing, events, budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, developing and writing business plans, managing sales, catering and convention services managers, and ownership meetings. This role also leads the development and implementation of strategies in all sales, catering and marketing channels to achieve hotel’s revenue goals and increase market share performance.

The Director of Finance is responsible for managing all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of financial data, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains fiscal discipline across all departments. Works with Hotel Management to facilitate achievement of hotel budget objectives for total sales, profitability and return on investment, while maintaining company standards.
