  Doubletree by Hilton Newark Penn Station is seeking for a Kitchen Chef for a busy downtown hotel in Newark NJ. The Kitchen Chef is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel's kitchen operations including food production, scheduling and labor relations, ordering, menu engineering and P&L accountability while enforcing all food safety regulations, creating new menus for restaurant and Banquets. The Kitchen Chef preferably should have 2 years' experience working in the food and beverage field, as well as managing in a union environment.
