The Rooms Director ensures the smooth operation of Hotel Transportation, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Night Audit. The Rooms Director provides guests with quality service, maximum productivity, and room revenue. The Rooms Director coordinates the administrative and organizational functions and makes sure that they comply with the operational standards. It falls within the scope of their responsibility to create a monthly reporting system for monitoring. The Rooms Director also provides solutions for the improvement of the problem areas within their scope of responsibilities.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Sales and Catering Team. The Sales Coordinator will oversee pre-registrations and room blocks, and handle all special reservation requests for individuals, groups, and the airline crew manifests. The Sales Coordinator must utilize available resources to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Requires knowledge of, and adherence to, the hotel’s policies and procedures and all Sales and Catering policies, systems, and procedures. The Sales Coordinator will meet or exceed sales standards, taking corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained. Work hours/days may vary as directed by the business needs and can include weekends and Holidays to assist with special projects.
Responsible for the preventative and repair of the hotel’s mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, grounds, swimming pool, etc.
