The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws, ensuring these align with the hotel's new vision and values. This position requires a deep understanding of human resources practices and excellent communication skills.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
The Front Desk Agent - performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. The Front Desk Agent will check guests in and out, make room reservations, and track and report room statuses and rates. The Front Desk Agent must also be available to all guests who need to report a complaint or request a service.
To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other server to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge. Also available to serve during dinner service and for banquet functions.
The Accounting Manager is responsible for providing consistent leadership in the financial area of the hotel by supplying management with guidance and training. He/she is also responsible for focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels on internal control, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.
