Line Cook

Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton Denver Central Park, located on I-70 and Havana Street in Denver is seeking an experienced, friendly, and energetic PM Line Cook.  Candidate will be responsible for preparing high quality food items.  Duties include food preparation and cook to order with an effort to reduce waste.  Must possess a strong attention to details and quality presentation.  Must be able to work well under pressure.  May be assisting with other kitchen duties in order to achieve designated goals.

Requires 1 to 3 years experience as line cook / short order cook.

Interpersonal skills and knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Consistent quality and presentation of menu items.

Strong communication and timely responsiveness.

Work harmoniously with co-workers. 

Always displays professional image and conduct.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Hospitality experience a plus.

Provide exceptional service to all guests and staff.
